Customer service is OK. The 3 stars were for the Vet Reps. If your a veteran you get very dedicated workers who are there to help you. Other than the veteran service this place is very slow, and disorganized. The first time I came in I signed into the kiosk and was confused. I asked the front desk for help and needless to say very little help or guidance was provided. I was not informed of the Vet rep area and spent an entire afternoon waiting to be seen before leaving. The second time I came in and requested to be escorted to the veteran area since a buddy told me about it. Ever since than I have received alot of help. Recommendation to non-veterans is to ensure you are extremely patient, check in, and if you haven't been seen double, triple, and quadruple check until you are helped. You have to be your own liaison here. I have been to 3 different Florida career source offices. 2 up in the panhandle and this one. By far this is the worst one.
